The Build Your Own Business™ (BOB™) Program helps clients, who have expressed an interest in running their own businesses, to be appropriately matched to a business model. It assesses certain personality traits, such as sociability and assertiveness, as well as a person's interest in certain types of business models. Realistic advice and links to helpful websites are included so that clients can grasp the important issues facing them as they examine their suitability to pursue self-employment. Those found not matching the traits and interests of successfully self-employed people are not led down a garden path—they are told that very politely.

It is highly recommended that the CES™ be taken first. It has a short set of pre-screening questions to determine whether one should continue on to the BOB™. It will also give feedback on areas of interest, job possibilities and educational needs, as well as a detailed planning workbook. These are important first steps for clients considering starting their own business.*
